Auditing and Accounting

When making important business decisions, you need financial statements you can count on.

Shepard Schwartz & Harris accounting professionals have extensive training and experience in accounting, auditing, review and compilation services. All such services are conducted under principles and standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Financial Accounting Standards Board.

In fact, since 1990, SS&H has participated in the AICPA Peer Review Program.  This program was designed to ensure that strict professional standards are followed by AICPA member organizations.  Every three years an independent reviewer conducts a thorough study of our quality control policies and procedures for our accounting and auditing practice.  Each time the reviewer has issued an unmodified report and concluded that SS&H has complied with the stringent quality control standards established by the AICPA.  This is the highest and best evaluation that can be achieved through the AICPA Peer Review process.
