Tim Parker

Tim Parker is an audit manager with Shepard Schwartz & Harris LLP.  He has worked extensively with clients in commercial and residential real estate, and consulting industries.  His accounting and auditing experience includes:

• Preparing financial audits, reviews and compilations.
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns, including multi-state returns, for partnerships, corporations, as well as individuals.
• Assisting clients with questions regarding potential accounting and auditing issues affecting business operations, including foreign tax implications related to oversees transactions and joint ventures.
• Researching and preparing memorandums for the firm’s professionals and its clients relating to corporate and partnership accounting and auditing.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Mr. Parker has been involved in new technology roll-outs at the firm.  Most recently, he helped train the firm’s professional staff on new accounting software implemented at the firm.

Mr. Parker joined Shepard Schwartz & Harris in 2005, after completing his undergraduate studies. He was a tax intern at the firm for three years while in college.
