Our 6th Annual Women's Networking Event

Over 100 women along with Shepard Schwartz & Harris LLP Partners and Associates enjoyed networking, lunch and a presentation by Deborah Knupp.

Deborah Knupp is a founding partner of Akina Corporation in Chicago.  She has worked globally with CEOs, executives, and managing partners as a coach and business executive for over 20 years.  She has helped these leaders align their systems and business objectives to create cultures based on the principles of accountability, integrity and authentic relationship building.  Her work has focused on making the work environment a place where employees “want” to be; where clients “want” to buy;  stand, where leaders “want” to serve a bigger purpose in their communities and families.  Ms. Knupp spoke on the topic of “Leadership Styles” through an interactive presentation as she examined different leadership styles and how they impact women business leaders, women led businesses and women of influence at work and in their lives.
