We have extensive experience conducting audits, preparing financial statements and providing tax advisory services for companies with operations throughout the country, including helping clients navigate through state and local tax issues. We advise manufacturers who distribute abroad – consulting on various export tax incentives and structures to maximize tax savings through IC DISC and Section 199 deductions. We seek to improve the client’s cash flow through cost studies and inventory management. We also identify internal controls and financial system procedures to streamline decision making.

We conduct the annual audit, prepare the corporate tax returns and also provide information technology consulting services for this client, which has included the installation of the company’s financial system.
