Training & Professional Development

Mentoring is at the core of our training and professional development platform. In addition to exemplary continuing education programming, our accounting professionals also are guided by partners, managers and supervisors. This mentoring provides essential training on the technical aspects of what our professionals do everyday, but also supports teaching the care necessary to continue the firm’s long-standing client relationships.

Our intern program is designed to give students real world experience – and that means working closely with partners and staff on client assignments. We work around our interns’ class schedules and expose them to a variety of technical areas, with a variety of clients. Our interns assist on projects involving:

• Financial statements – examination, review and compilation
• Tax returns – preparation and review both entity and individual tax returns
• Due diligence – due diligence reviews for business acquisitions
